Nothing much, a little porting etc. changing front torsion bars to get more stored energy. Start to control the front end rise with the shock.

Well, Bill’s 383 isn’t really 383 CI. So it would be very difficult to put a 383 CI B block in an A body and run 11.90’s as a stock appearing build. If the goal is to reward the points leaders. I think 1/2 are the last pair. They get to see what everyone else has done. If you want to make it a bit tougher than they go first.
