Alright, now I'm making progress. I got the column apart. I ended up buying a tool to get the steering shaft off of the column upper bearing. You can see it in the lower right corner of the pic. |

Hi guys, I'm getting ready to take out my column shift steering column on my 1969 Superbee to rebuild. Does anyone know where I can find the parts to rebuild it? Does any one have any tips to keep me from pounding my head on my work bench, lol? I want a more positive feel when I shift. I hope everyo... |

hello shawn, i've taken it to test and tune a few times. i'm having a tough time getting any type of traction but i'm still working on it. i took the summer and fall off to dedicate more time to work but i hope to get back at it this coming spring 13.
