Dad and I are thinking about heading down in the Mustang. It's got the whipple, but other than that it is stock on stock tires. Trying to get a buddy with his hellcat to come also?

Thanks guys. Combo is pretty straightforward, doesn't make alot of hp but uses it very efficently. 427cu in., 13.5:1, solid roller, ported J's, blah, blah. Ralph and I are working out the particulars to see whats needed to be Supercar legal. :cheers

Thanks again Shawn! MIR is the only track I have ever been to where I could put the car up on the converter and have a chance of hooking. Ted, I tried getting in contact with Ralph to see what would be needed to make the car certified, but haven't gotten a response yet.

Thanks Shawn! I was really surprised how well the car hooked up. Hopefully I can duplicate this down at MIR to reset the record. Was good seeing Ted again, hopefully you get those tires alittle closer to where they need to be so it's a real race!

Hey guys September 28th my father is running the annual Mopar Day at Lebanon Valley Dragway. If we get some interest we can get a lane for Factory Appearing cars (Mopars only). Nothing formal, just alittle fun and practice before the season's last races. If interested you can just post here. Thanks!...

Are the factory "race" cars exempt from Stock class? Just curious if say a 68 Hemi Dart is legal. Didn't see it either way in the rules.

Ed, I think you are right. I cut a lot of ET from when I first started with the mild motor to when I yanked it out and that was mostly squeezing out what I could with the engine tune. I went quicker right off the bat with the big motor but never spent enough time to work out all the bugs. Sad to sa...

utiboy2002@yahoo.com Going into this I was expecting around a 30hp drop. After talking with ryan and looking at the intake after he worked on it he didn't think there would be a drop in hp at all. I can't accept that this intake is THAT bad that it dropped over 120hp. We will be closer to knowing ho...

Well so far the weather is looking fantastic. 72 high and sunny. Chris, you wanna come out and play? I am awfully nervous, I hope the fuel pressure was most of the issue. I can't see the intake swap killing over 120hp. In theory this intake should be pretty darn good right now. Ryan thought we shoul...

They open the gates at 5 and races start at 6. Usually you can get 3 runs in before the dew settles(if it does). These cars don't like the dew settling....
